Vasectomies and Circumcisions are the focus of Dr. Crouse’s practice. He does 3000 procedures annually, making him one of the main providers of these procedures in the province of Alberta.

Dr. Crouse worked in hospitals in South Africa until 1990. During that time spent 2 years doing obstetrical and general surgery.
He emigrated to Canada in 1991 where he continued to perform anesthesia and general surgery including
appendectomies, tubal ligations, C/sections, etc.
Dr Crouse performed his first circumcision in 1985, and started performing no-scalpel vasectomies in 2002.
Dr. Donovan Stearn, MB. Ch.B. DipPEC(SA) CCFP
Dr. Donovan Stearn is a certified family physician who has been in practice for over 16 years, providing community and hospital-based care in the Central Alberta area.
He received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 2007. Dr. Stearn has extensive experience in Family Medicine and has completed postgraduate training in Emergency Medicine. He holds a certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
Dr. Stearn has always had a special interest in Men’s Sexual Health and believes in providing exceptional, high-quality care to his patients and their families. This interest led him to complete his training and certification in No-Scalpel Vasectomy under world-renowned Urologist Dr. Douglas Stein in Florida, USA.
Dr. Stearn also provides infant, teen and adult circumcision using the Pollock Technique. He completed his training for circumcision under Dr. Pierre Crouse, who is the leading provider of circumcision in Alberta.
Dr. Crouse has chosen to make virtually painless circumcision the focus of his practice.
Jara is a registered nurse from the Philippines with experience working in Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. She is now registered as a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Practical Nurse in Alberta, bringing a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Outside of her professional life, Jara is a devoted mother to a lovely daughter. Passionate about exploring new places, she enjoys traveling and discovering the beauty and culture of different destinations. Jara is always looking forward to meeting new patients, providing compassionate care, and making a positive difference in their lives.

Alé was born and raised in Lithuania. In 1996, she graduated from Kaunas Medical College and worked as an RN in the Neurological Department. In 2000, her family moved to Ireland, where she worked in Hospice as a Senior Staff Nurse. Alé cared for terminally ill patients and supported their families during stressful periods, a role that ignited her passion for helping others. She joined Intramed Medical Centre in 2015, as a surgical assistant, where she continues to fulfill her passion by providing pain management advice and support to those in need.
Alé enjoys spending time with her family and going on road trips to explore the world.
Surgical Assistant
Jairus has been with Intramed Medical Centre for six years after graduating from the LPN program at Bow Valley College in 2017. Outside of work, he lives an active lifestyle, whether he’s playing sports or working out. Jairus brings a positive and energetic approach to his role at the clinic.

Vanessa has more than 10 years of experience in customer service where she has developed the skills and empathy needed to provide excellent patient care. In 2015, she earned her Hospital Unit Clerk diploma from Robertson College. Vanessa is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to building strong relationships with her colleagues and patients at Intramed.
Outside of work, she prioritizes spending time with her family and is a proud mom of two amazing teenagers and a fur baby named Bullet. Vanessa looks forward to meeting and welcoming all the new patients at Intramed and is excited to be a part of their healthcare journey.
Princess has been working as a medical office assistant for over nine years since she made Canada her home. She earned her diploma in Medical Office Administration in 2015 and has been supporting healthcare teams ever since. When she’s not at work, she’s often found enjoying the outdoors with friends or having fun with her fur babies. Princess believes in the healing power of nature and looks forward to connecting with all visitors during their clinic visits.
